Hi USB is a new I/O buss standard, hopping to archeive simular results to
Apple's FireWire buss but at a slower speed and cheaper price (less than a
doller on the mother board).  It is meant to replace serial, parrallel,
mouse, controller, floppy ports etc, with one high speed (10-12Mbits/s)
serial port.  This port daisy chains from one device to another and also to
hubs which may contain more than one port with a small width cable.  Anybody
remember the 64, well this is a simular improved idea that has the support
of many big companies including Intel, and many motherboards are expected to
come out with this as standard.

Now what I would like to ask is anybody making one of these ports for the
Amiga, which would in future mean a source of cheap expansion (the port
could be used internally for hard drives I think (reducing the wiring)), if
not heres a chance (oppertunity), let me know if you are.
